Hayden Panettiere debuted a brand new, super short hair at the NBA Global Home Tree Earth day event in L.A. Thursday. The Heroes star, 20, hit the red carpet wearing a skintight black dress with a sheer top while cuddling with her boyfriend, boxer Vladimir Klitschko.
